Changing Challenging Behaviour

Watched an interesting clip on Teacher TV today on Changing Challenging Behaviour. There was a poster that caught my eye developed by Science teacher Kathryn Forster in the UK. It is a Rewards and Consequences Poster that outlines clear and progressive scale. This is a whole department approach, but could easily be adapted for any subject or school.
